Today is my 406th consecutive day of meditation – and meditation has been a gamechanger for me.

 

I had a habit of meditation before now, but it had been on and off - dedicated for a while, no meditation for another while – you know how it goes! With that kind of practice, though, it became really obvious to me how much better my life works with a practice of daily meditation than without.
